Ambleside and Edgemont Market and Economic Impact Studies
Client: Grosvenor Americas
Grosvenor is pursuing two mixed use retail, office and residential developments in the North Shore region of BC's Lower Mainland: the Ambleside Village commercial area of West Vancouver and the Edgemont Village commercial area of the District of North Vancouver. GPRA was retained to assist in the rezoning of each project, to identify the impact of the projects on their surrounding neighborhoods, and to propose changes in commercial development to mitigate adverse impacts of the development on surrounding commercial development.
